Plan ahead for a smooth experience.
Bring valid ID, insurance details, and your doctor’s referral or appointment letter.
Pack personal essentials like toiletries, slippers, and nightwear.
Leave valuables at home we want you to rest easy, not worry about belongings.
Admission Process
Our friendly Admissions Team will guide you through every step.
Check in at the Admissions Desk at least 30 minutes before your appointment or surgery.
Ensure you have your Letter of Guarantee (if using insurance) or your deposit ready.
You’ll be escorted to your room or ward once your paperwork is complete.
During Your Stay
Your comfort and care come first.
Rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, cable TV, and Wi-Fi.
Visiting hours are typically 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (subject to change).
Our nurses and support staff are always available to assist with any needs.
Meals & Nutrition
We provide balanced, freshly prepared meals based on your dietary requirements. If you have any allergies or special preferences, please let our nursing staff know upon admission.
Discharge Process
When it’s time to go home, our team will walk you through your discharge instructions, prescriptions, and follow-up appointments.
Final bills can be settled at the Accounts Department before discharge.
If your insurance company covers your stay, we’ll manage the claim directly.
Visiting Guidelines
We know family and friends play a big role in healing.
Visitors are limited to two at a time for patient comfort.
Please maintain a quiet environment and follow hospital safety protocols.
Children under 12 should be accompanied by an adult.
